I’ve spent over 15 years as a therapist, coach and wellness practitioner, and thousands of hours helping people fall back in love with their life and with the people around them.
Just like you, I’ve spent the last 2 years in the pandemic and have had to re-define what life looked like for myself and my family as well.
I’m committed to coming out of COVID even more consciously connected and I want to help you do the same thing. Join me in Cabo where we’ll redefine what it means to love well.

The retreat includes:
5 days/4 nights at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Resort and Spa in Cabo San Lucas, Baja Sur, Mexico
All meals, snacks and beverages at the Resort and the Resort's sister properties, the Pueblo Bonito Rosé. That's three meals each day, unlimited snacks and beverages including room service! You're also able to eat breakfast at the sister property Quivera. Dinner at Quivera and the upscale la Frida are a $30 upcharge. Room service is also available for a $5 charge/call but the food/beverages ordered are also included!
Accommodations in luxury ocean view suites (a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean) outfitted with private balcony and balcony hot tub
Transportation to the hotel from the airport and back to the airport from the hotel
All transportation between resorts and retreat events and activities
Daily sunrise and/or sunset yoga
Daily self-reflective workshops with Lisa and other co-facilitators designed to redefine and re-design yourself, your life + your relationships with complete conscious awareness
Daily opening + grounding workshops designed to help you both let go and create energetic awareness
Private dinners at the resort’s incredible restaurants including a sunset beach event
Cooking class at renowned Flora Farms, a farm-to-table experience

The price does not include airfare to the retreat or home from the retreat.

You can choose to pay for the retreat in full at the time of registration, or you can divide your payments into two with a slight increase.

Of course! That would be excellent! Every attendee must register separately. But if you’d like to book a room with your friend, please choose the double-occupancy selection. Enter your friend’s name in the appropriate section on the form. We’ll be sure to make a note of it and you’re guaranteed to room together.

If you need to cancel for any reason prior to the Retreat, the following Refund Policy applies:
61-179 DAYS PRIOR TO THE RETREAT:
You’ll receive 100% refund of your payment made to date, no questions asked. You MUST send the request by email to lisa@loveallwell.com.
30-60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE RETREAT:
You’ll receive 50% refund of your payment made to date, no questions asked. You MUST send the request by email to lisa@loveallwell.com.
0-29 DAYS PRIOR TO THE RETREAT:
No refunds are permitted.

No one could’ve predicted the world would stop in March of 2020. Should an act of God (i.e., pandemic, catastrophe, etc.) prevent the retreat from occurring, you’re entitled to 100% refund of any money paid to date. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself from any incurred costs associated with cancellation. You can purchase travel insurance from: https://www.allianztravelinsurance.com/

There are two workshops/roundtables each day that range from 1 to 2 hours each. Please refer to the daily schedule for details!

We estimate between 25-30 women will be attending the retreat. We have 20 double-occupancy rooms blocked for our retreat.

The purchase price of the retreat includes all workshops and retreat activities but this is YOUR time and your experience. We would love for you to attend everything we have planned, but there is absolutely no pressure to do so. You are able to attend as much or as little as you’d like.
